Flight Reserve is an independent third-party flight reservation service. We search and book flights on behalf of our customers on Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, and American Airlines. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to these airlines. All airline names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
We may charge a service fee for reservations completed through our service. Our agents will disclose the full cost of your booking, including any applicable service fees, before confirming your reservation. No charges will be made without your explicit agreement.
A booking is confirmed only when our agent provides you with a confirmation number and you receive an itinerary by email. We are not responsible for bookings that are not completed or confirmed due to technical issues, availability changes, or customer-initiated cancellation prior to confirmation.
Change and cancellation policies are set by the operating airline and vary by fare type and ticket class. Flight Reserve will assist with changes and cancellations where possible, but any fees associated with ticket changes or cancellations are determined by the airline. Our service fee is non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
Flight Reserve acts as an independent reservation intermediary. We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or any other service failures by the operating airline. Our liability to you in connection with any booking is limited to the service fee you have paid to us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable US law.
