How does the booking process work?
Simply call our number and speak to one of our agents. Tell them your departure city, destination, travel dates, number of passengers, and preferred cabin class. Our agent will search live fares across Delta, United, and American Airlines and present you with the best available options. Once you choose, we confirm the booking on the call and you receive your itinerary by email within minutes.
Are you affiliated with Delta, United, or American Airlines?
No. Flight Reserve is operated by Air Flights Fare LLC, an independent third-party reservation service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, or American Airlines. For official airline booking without service fees, you can visit delta.com, united.com, or aa.com directly.
Do you charge service fees?
We may charge a service fee for reservations made through our service. Our agents will always disclose the full cost of your booking, including any applicable fees, before confirming. There are no hidden charges — the price quoted is the price you pay.
Can I book for multiple passengers?
Yes. Our agents can book for any number of passengers in a single call, including mixed cabin classes if required. Just let us know how many passengers and their details when you call.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken securely over the phone with our agents at the time of booking. We never store your card details beyond what is required to complete your transaction.

Which airlines do you book?
We specialise in Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, and American Airlines — the three largest US carriers. This covers the vast majority of domestic US routes and a wide range of international destinations.
Can you book international flights?
Yes. We book both domestic US flights and international routes operated by Delta, United, and American Airlines. This includes transatlantic, transpacific, and Latin American routes, as well as codeshare partners on connecting itineraries.
Can you book business class or first class?
Absolutely. We specialise in premium cabin bookings including Delta One, United Polaris, Flagship Business, and Flagship First. Our agents have access to premium fare inventory and can also assist with award redemptions and upgrades.
Do you book one-way flights as well as round trips?
Yes. We book one-way, round-trip, and multi-city itineraries across all three carriers. Just tell us your requirements when you call.
Can you help me use my frequent flyer miles?
Yes. If you have Delta SkyMiles, United MileagePlus, or American AAdvantage miles, our agents can check award availability and help you understand your redemption options. Tell us your frequent flyer number when you call.

What if I need to change or cancel my flight?
Change and cancellation policies vary by fare type and airline. Our agents can advise you on the rules applicable to your specific ticket at the time of booking. For changes or cancellations after booking, please call us and we will assist where possible, subject to the airline’s applicable policies and fees.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled by the airline?
If the airline cancels or significantly delays your flight, you are generally entitled to a full refund or rebooking under the airline’s policies. Call us and we will help you understand your options and assist with any rebooking process.
Can you help me choose my seat?
In most cases, yes. Our agents can check seat availability and request specific seats at the time of booking, subject to availability and any applicable seat selection fees charged by the airline.
